Absolutely.”“It is clear that divides remain regarding core issues on production, plastic products, finance and voting. The cost of the damage caused by marine plastic pollution in West Africa is estimated at around $10,000 to $33,000 per ton of plastic waste. This group could include developing countries that have plastic production and/or manufacture plastic products and have benefitted from the profits of these sales.
