Severe delays as lanes CLOSED after breakdown on Dartford Crossing bridge

Two lanes are closed on the M25 toward Dartford due to a breakdown on the QEII Bridge, according to Essex County Council's traffic control alerts.
"Severe" delays are increasing on M25 clockwise between junction 29 for the A127 and the A282.
An average speed of five mph is being reported.
Lanes one and two (of four) are closed.
