BRKTHROUGH’s two-story concept, which launched in 2022 in Kansas City, is new to the Twin Cities market and unlike anything the center has had, according to Crain. It not only marks the company’s first appearance in Minnesota; it’s also Rosedale Center’s first candy store since Godiva permanently closed seven to eight years ago. The Rosedale Center did not publicly disclose the total occupancy of the mall, but Crain says, “We’re extremely happy with our occupancy as a center.”Rosedale Center isn’t the only shopping center experiencing a surge of new retailers; malls across the Twin Cities are welcoming brands to their spaces. Ridgedale Center, in Minnetonka, and the Galleria, in Edina, have added new entries to their property, as well.
