Full planning permission for the construction of 13 new industrial units with associated parking and landscaping. “Significant environmental and economic benefits would arise from the proposal in catering for local demand for smaller commercial units within the area. “The height and scale of the proposed building would be broadly consistent with other commercial buildings in the area.
