Mudeford Sandbanks Beach Hut Association (MSBHA) has applied to have the licence at the Beach House reviewed. The application was submitted to BCP Council on September 18, and was made under section 51 of the Licensing Act on the grounds that MSBHA do not believe that the Beach House is promoting the licence conditions the prevent public nuisance, protect children from harm and public safety. The review is currently going through public consultation and all representations should be submitted to the licensing team by October 18.
