Man was this year a lot of fun, since coming out of the pandemic the CPL has kinda morphed into a cultural phenomenon across the region. They’ve done a really good job of creating new fans through this sense of patriotism, watching on tv you could see the sheer amount of fans, all different ages and genders. This reflected on the field as well, it felt like watching friends play together having fun, the Kings and Warriors teams especially looked like a tight knit group. But also didn’t help that both Josephs were injured for the most part of the season and Matthew Forde missed the entire thing altogether.
