The finalists for the prestigious 2025 Transition Trucking: Driving for Excellence Award, recognizing military veterans in professional truck driving careers, were announced. The winner receives a new Kenworth T680 truck, while runner-up and other finalists receive cash prizes. Finalists for the 10th annual "Transition Trucking: Driving for Excellence" award were announced by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Hiring Our Heroes program, Kenworth Truck Company and Fastport. Under the "Transition Trucking: Driving for Excellence" recognition program, Kenworth will provide the grand prize for the tenth consecutive year. While the grand prize winner will drive away in a new Kenworth T680 truck, the program also ensures every finalist is recognized.
