Now, two weeks on from the blaze, management has confirmed that the diner will not reopen until 2026. In an Instagram post, bosses wrote: "It is with great sadness that we announce that Cut will not reopen this year. A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Operations control mobilised two fire engines to a fire at a premises on Old Mill Road in Bothwell at 2.35am on Saturday.
