Stephen Colbert howled in disbelief at President Donald Trump for sharing a fabricated AI video on social media “of himself” endorsing miracle “medbeds” from the Oval Office – apparently believing it was real before deleting the post hours later.
Kicking off The Late Show on Monday night, Colbert delved into the moment with full revelry.
The fantastic but fake “medbed” tech, the host joked, was the “least bizarre” part of the entire story.
