The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently released a report detailing the number of arrests made in north Missouri between Sept. 26 and Sept. 29, 2025. Michael P. Medsker, 32, of Guilford, Missouri, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on Sept. 26 in Nodaway County. Medsker was taken to the Nodaway County Jail on a 12-hour hold. Travis D. Riggs, 47, of Cosby, Missouri, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on Sept. 27 in Andrew County. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and was transported to the Lewis County Jail, where she was later released.
