More infoForecasters have advised that more weather warnings could be just around the corner as conditions are set to take a turn for the worse later this week. So far in September, Kent has been hit with warnings for fog, rain, thunderstorms and wind. These could reach up to 16mm/hr at their heaviest with persistent rain likely for much of Friday afternoon in Kent. This drastic change in weather is to be brought about thanks to the influence of ex-tropical cyclones in the Atlantic. From Sunday onwards, conditions in the south should begin to clear and return to more prolonged spells of settled weather.
