UPDATE – At the time of posting this story, Allagrande Mapei Racing have taken the lead, with Team Paprec Arkéa in 2nd and Holcim-PRB in 3rd. The Swiss team is currently leading the race tracker, but Biotherm and Team Paprec Arkéa are closely following as they approach the Bonifacio Strait. As of today, the leading trio of Holcim-PRB (SUI), Biotherm (FRA), and Team Paprec Arkéa (FRA) are nearing the Bonifacio Strait, which lies between Corsica and Sardinia. Team Paprec Arkéa, led by Yoann Richomme, managed to maintain speed and gain a slight advantage during the night as winds died down. Alan Roberts from Team Holcim-PRB stated, “We can see Corsica.
