A pet owner has spoken out after the tragic death of his beloved Belgian Malinois, Ava, who passed away at just eight years old. He alleges that staff at Dr. Trevor Clinic in Attard failed to provide urgent care during a life-threatening incident. According to the owner, Ava swallowed her Kong toy, causing a blocked airway. The owner claims that his partner then contacted Dr. Trevor Clinic, informing them that a dog with a blocked airway was en route. Upon arrival at the clinic around 9:30pm, the owner says he placed Ava into a treatment room, begging staff for urgent assistance.
