BCA has marked a major milestone in its strategic development in Scotland with a major investment in its Livingston site. The site has been re-engineered to optimise operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience, reducing processing times and improving throughput, says BCA. This transformation follows a series of successes including vendor and buyer volume growth during the past 18 months that have further strengthened BCA’s Scottish network. The new customer-focused click and collect facility, meanwhile, aims to ensure efficient vehicle collections, reduced wait times and enhanced convenience for customers. “This redevelopment will help us drive greater efficiency, safety, and consistency across every stage of the remarketing process.”Pearson explained that the investment in the Livingston centre reflects BCA’s “ongoing commitment” to supporting its growing customer base in Scotland with “best-in-class infrastructure, technology solutions and service delivery”.
