Kodiak Robotics, a leading developer of autonomous trucking technology and an OurCrowd portfolio company, has announced plans to go public through a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Ares Acquisition Corporation II (NYSE: AACT), according to TechCrunch.
The deal values Kodiak at a pre-money valuation of approximately $2.5 billion and is anticipated to close in the second half of 2025.
