After capturing its first win of the season last week, the Stony Brook football team saw a comeback effort fall just short in a loss to a nonconference foe. On Sept. 13, the Seawolves (1-3, 0-1 CAA) visited the Lindenwood Lions (2-2, 1-0 OVC-Big South) at Harlen C. Hunter Stadium in St. Charles, Mo. After being down 27-3 early in the contest, Stony Brook rallied late only to watch the comeback fall just short in a 30-27 loss. The drive was orchestrated by Glantz, who led Lindenwood 90 yards down the field, including a 26-yard completion to wide receiver Jalen Smith. Following another quick drive that resulted in a Stony Brook punt, Glantz and company went back to work.
