A wanted Prattsburgh man was arrested last week after a foot chase through Bath, where officers say he was carrying drugs, cash, and multiple felony warrants. It happened just after 9 a.m. on September 24, when an off-duty officer spotted the suspect walking on East Steuben Street. Officers caught up to the suspect during the chase and identified him as Domenick M. Lepera, 33. Police say they also seized a large amount of cash found on him during the arrest. Lepera was arraigned in Steuben County Court and is being held without bail at the county jail.
