We can see the passion with which local leaders and community representatives at all levels approach the challenges of recovery and reconstruction. Potentially, experience and knowledge gained through implementation of those initiatives can also be integrated in the curriculum of the Community Recovery Academy. Local authorities have shown incredible resilience and have a key role to play in the recovery, reconstruction and transformation of Ukraine”.
