Stocks to watch: UOB, OUE Reit, Keppel Pacific Oak US Reit

UOB's announcement marks the first time any Singapore financial institution will allow reward points to be redeemed in Johor Bahru.
This is a first for a local financial institution and comes as UOB Singapore credit card customers have increased cross-border spending in Malaysia.
Shares of UOB closed on Monday at S$34.45, up 0.2 per cent or S$0.06.
OUE Reit : Its wholly owned subsidiary, OUE Reit Treasury, has priced an offering of S$150 million worth of green notes, due in 2032, the manager said on Monday.
Units of OUE Reit finished at S$0.335, down 1.5 per cent or S$0.005, before the announcement.
