The Lauren McCluskey Foundation is hosting its annual Race for Campus Safety on the Pullman campus Saturday, Oct. 4. Walkers and runners have the option to compete in one, five and 10 kilometer events, which will take them around the Pullman campus. Registration for all event is currently open, with more information available on the Lauren McCluskey Foundation’s website. More than 800 community members came together to race and support campus safety awareness efforts at last year’s event, according to the foundation’s website. Proceeds from the event support the foundation’s efforts to advance research, advocacy, and programming related to making college campuses safer nationwide.
