South West Regional Organised Crime Unit confirmed further enquiries are being made into Initiative Property Management after it ceased trading in September 2023. An economic crime investigation was launched by Dorset Police after several reports relating to the company. However, in a police update, the organised crime unit said a warrant was executed at a business premises at the beginning of August this year. A spokesperson said: “The SWROCU’s Complex Fraud Team executed a warrant on a business premises w/c 11 August 2025 in the Dorset area. “Further enquires are being made and the investigation continues.”
