For the safety of all air passengers, Taiwan must be included in the ICAO’s meetings and mechanisms, starting with this year’s ICAO Assembly.
But because it is not part of ICAO, Taiwan must ask neighbouring aviation authorities to safely direct air traffic.
Taiwan takes aviation safety seriously.
