The 2023 WWE shareholders’ lawsuit against the company and Vince McMahon doesn’t appear to be going away. The lawsuit, which was filed by WWE shareholders back in November 2023, alleges that Vince McMahon was behind the merger with Endeavor to keep his power within the company. In addition to Laurinaitis being deposed, Paul and Michael Mangieri, who were McMahon’s personal assistants, have been subpoenaed for documents.
