A Petaluma school counselor was arrested Monday on suspicion of child molestation, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office said. Sebastopol resident John Conant, 66, is a school counselor at Cinnabar Elementary in Petaluma, according to police. Watch NBC Bay Area News free wherever you are WATCH HERE WATCH HEREOn Sunday morning, sheriff's deputies received a report of alleged child molestation involving a school counselor, and Conant was arrested on Monday and booked into jail on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14.
