An auction of work by the late Eion Stevens will support one of New Zealand’s longest running creative spaces, Artsenta, and its work to support people’s wellbeing. “Eion had always encouraged other artists and so I think that fits the ethos of Artsenta very well.”This is the third auction undertaken by Eion’s Estate and there are hundreds more works in storage. “So it’s quite a challenge but also a wonderful gift.”The auction will be conducted by Haywards Auction House who’s premises are directly above Artsenta.
