Both directions of State Route 18 (SR 18) are blocked at I-90, just east of Raging River, due to a collision. Traffic is being diverted to Issaquah-Hobart Road, the Washington State Department of Transportation reported Monday, around 5:45 p.m. The agency noted Issaquah-Hobart Road is not suitable for freight traffic.
