San Andreas, CA…On September 15, 2025, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen wallet containing approximately 13 bank cards. The first development in the investigation came the next day, when the victim’s wallet was located in a trash can inside the Calaveras County Probation Department. The victim confirmed the wallet was his and provided deputies with a bank alert showing a declined transaction in Calaveras County. When contacted, Spearing, who is on active probation, was found in possession of one of the victim’s bank cards. Suspect Spearing was charged with three misdemeanors and three felonies.
