There were reports of an unplanned power outage in Stratford Tuesday morning, according to Festival Hydro. The utility said the power had returned to impacted areas shortly before 9 a.m.Impacted areas during the power outage included Nelson, Strachan, Railway and Mowat streets. The cause was unknown. The traffic lights at the busy Ontario Street/Romeo Street intersection were also out for a time around 9 a.m., impacting the morning commute.
