When it comes to police officers helping children with cancer, they are all in.
Perth County OPP and Stratford Police Service are teaming up for their annual Cops for Cancer fundraiser, with a main event set for Keterson Park in Mitchell.
All funds raised go to support childhood cancer research and sends kids who have been diagnosed with cancer to camp.
Mounfield said he was diagnosed with cancer last October, adding officers lost an OPP brother with cancer last weekend.
Two members of Stratford Police Service are going through the journey, he said.
