Singapore’s ComfortDelGro (CDG) and France’s RATP Dev have announced that their joint venture, KBH Metro Partner ApS, has been prequalified to participate in the next stage of the tender for operating and maintaining the Copenhagen Metro. The Copenhagen Metro runs around the clock and serves the municipalities of Copenhagen, Frederiksberg and Tårnby. “Our experience in Singapore and across our global network positions us well to deliver reliable and efficient metro operations for Copenhagen passengers,” he said. Kristin Thorslund, senior vice president for Nordics and Ireland at RATP Dev, added that Copenhagen Metro was one of the world’s early adopters of driverless systems. “We are delighted to be prequalified and have the opportunity to work closely with Metroselskabet in the next stage of the tender process,” she said.
