Taiwan ranks highest with a score of 78.72, praised for its universal single-payer system and digital integration. South Korea follows in second place, supported by advanced medical infrastructure and government technology initiatives. According to the index, Asia’s rise is evident, with Taiwan, South Korea, Japan (13th) and Singapore (14th) all ranked within the top 15. Europe remains a stronghold, with Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany joining Sweden and Norway among the global top 10.
