Adam Hall has taken over from Phot Arnupapdecha as Delta Rue head chef. Hall joined the House Made Hospitality venue from Flying Fish, where he spent three years as executive chef. The chef collaborated with the group’s Circular Quay fine diner Lana for The Kanin Project, his pop-up dining series celebrating regional Filipino cuisine. Delta Rue opened in Sofitel Sydney Wentworth in late 2024, alongside three other House Made venues – Tilda, Bar Tilda, and Wentworth Bar.
