Draven Breeze was arrested while walking on View Street, Goulburn, at about 7pm on Friday, August 22, and later charged with murder.
He remained in police custody overnight.
He did not apply for bail, and it was formally refused at a subsequent hearing in Parramatta Local Court on Saturday, August 23.
