The Director of Audience will lead community listening and The Sun’s strategic events strategy. They will work closely with the Product Lead (who leads our digital strategy to enhance reader engagement), the Director of Development (who leads our fundraising and membership growth), and the Director of Sales (who leads revenue generation strategy). Social: Lead social strategy that focuses on new audience discovery and building community. Lead and mentor a small team focused on audience engagement, fostering a culture of creativity, professional growth, accountability and experimentation. A track record of growing audience and community engagement in one or all of these areas.
