A trader has been put before an Accra Circuit Court for allegedly sexually exploiting and harbouring a 17-year-old female for over one year. Cesar Victoire Tsala, 55, is alleged to have promised the victim of securing her a football team but ended up subjecting her to sexual bouts. Tsala, a Cameroonian, is facing charges of human trafficking, abduction of an unmarried female under 18 and Raping a female aged 17.
