YORKTON — Tourism Yorkton is celebrating another busy season, welcoming visitors from across Canada and around the world. International guests also arrived from countries such as Brazil, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Russia, Sweden and Vietnam. For many visitors, the Yorkton centre was their first introduction to Saskatchewan. Notes include comments like “Lovely visitor centre & very helpful tourism office” from Yellowknife, “Beautiful! Tourism Yorkton says those small interactions help build a stronger connection between the city, the province and the people who travel through.
