Governor Jim Pillen on Monday said he has accepted the resignations of Bruce Bailey and Kim Lowe of the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. The resignations came at the request of Govenor Pillen . According to the Nebraska Examiner Pillen’s calls for the resignations came Thursday, a day after federal charges were unsealed against former Liquor Commission Executive Director Hobert Rupe.
