A 26-year-old man turned himself in to police Sunday in connection with a domestic violence incident that began two weeks earlier at Hull Bay, the V.I. According to police, Va’Shawn Daniel was arrested Sunday after surrendering to the Domestic Violence Unit around 3:30 p.m. He was charged with third-degree assault, simple assault, and disturbance of the peace — all domestic violence-related.
