Ultimately, success for a technical director is reflected in a clear, sustainable system for player development, improved international competitiveness, and a functional relationship between coaching, scouting, and administration. The hope now is that any new appointment is based not on politics, but on a genuine vision to uplift Trinidad and Tobago football from the grassroots to the global stage.
