Rhetoric calling for a ceasefire is meaningless without enforcement mechanisms to ensure aid delivery is unconditional, continuous, and safe. We need open crossings, guaranteed security corridors, and accountability for any party that obstructs this vital mission. The time for deliberation is long past; the time for decisive, immediate intervention to break the aid barrier is now.
