None of these bands are located in the now stigmatised “North”, but they get a yellow jook anyway. Returning now to the United States naval presence in Caribbean waters, the usual arguments about protecting our sovereignty require, in my opinion, an essential modification. I was heartened by the recent statement of Ancel Roget, president general of the Oilfields Workers Trade Union (OWTU).
