Both carriageways of the A9 by Aviemore are currently closed due to a road traffic accident involving two vehicles. It is understood that the collision has occurred on the stretch of road between the Lynwilg and Granish junctions near to the Macdonald Aviemore Resort. Traffic is normally diverted through Aviemore itself. Traffic Scotland reported the closure of the two lanes at 8.55pm. If so, click here to submit your thoughts and they may be published in print.
