More infoA tombstoning man was airlifted to a major trauma unit after leaping from the wrong place at a Welsh beauty spot. Two friends came to Llyn Gwynant near Beddgelert yesterday. They were then assisted by the Llyn Gwynant campsite owner who transferred the injured man to his boat. He was then flown to the trauma unit in Stoke by the Wales Air Ambulance. The first man leapt from the wrong place, hitting a rock ledge before plunging into the water, unconscious with two broken legs.
