The Green Bay Packers could potentially receive a trade call about one of their top playmakers during their bye week following the latest major NFL injury.
And, while the Packers are unlikely to have much interest, that could prompt New York’s front office to call about Romeo Doubs.
“This is the final season of Doubs’ rookie contract and the Packers can’t re-sign all their receivers,” CBS Sports’ Jeff Kerr wrote Monday, pitching Doubs as a top Giants trade option.
