Wynyard welcomes new retail and trade parkA new retail and trade park is set to open in the Tees Valley. Hebburn-based contractor Castle, appointed by development and investment firm Northumberland Estates, has completed a sectional handover at Wynyard Trade and Retail Park within Wynyard Business Park. The project has delivered a 48,000sq ft Sainsbury’s Superstore, a 44,794sq ft terrace of seven trade counter units and a 1853sq ft Starbucks Drive Thru.
