Wykeland unveils £10 million Evolve unitsA new commercial development is set to boost business space in East Yorkshire. Wykeland Group has officially opened Evolve @ Melton West business park near Hull, a £10 million development providing high-quality, modern units in one of the region’s most sought-after business locations. Spanning 85,000sq ft across seven units, the development includes a 37,000sq ft larger space and five smaller 5000sq ft units, one of which is already under offer. Evolve @ Melton WestSustainability has also been central to Evolve’s design. Medequip, a specialist logistical business providing community equipment services, has already moved into one of the larger units ahead of schedule to support a major new contract.
