The Board of Peace will fund and manage Gaza’s redevelopment until the Palestinian Authority completes reforms, as outlined in Trump’s 2020 peace plan and the Saudi-French proposal, and can securely assume control. A Trump economic development plan will convene experts behind Middle East "miracle cities" to guide investment, create jobs, and build a sustainable Gaza economy. The U.S., with Arab and international partners, will establish a temporary International Stabilization Force to deploy immediately in Gaza. If Hamas rejects or delays, the plan — including expanded aid — will proceed in IDF-controlled areas transferred to the ISF. An interfaith dialogue initiative will promote tolerance and peaceful coexistence, changing mindsets by highlighting the benefits of peace.
