Findlater & Co. To Launch Limited Release Of Graham’s 80 Year Old Tawny Port In Ireland
[]
Hospitality Ireland
For the first time in its 200-year history, Graham’s Port is releasing an 80 Year Old Tawny Port, following the IVDP’s introduction of this new category earlier this year.
Dating back to the Second World War, Graham’s 80 Year Old Tawny Port is a wine of profound complexity.
The endless finish reveals hints of tobacco and black tea, lifted by discreet acidity that provides freshness and balance.
"Several of the wines that comprise this special blend date from the 1940s, and the decades they have spent ageing have resulted in a truly magnificent old port."
He added, "It was a privilege to mark my father’s 80th birthday with this remarkable wine, and now, it is an honour to share it with the world.”ADVERTISEMENTFindlater & Co. will launch Graham’s 80 Year Old Tawny Port in Ireland on 16 September with an exclusive event at Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud, hosted by Charlotte Symington.
