Born in Dublin in 1992, Cúán Greene was raised in an Irish-speaking household by artists Róisín de Buitléar and Terry Greene. In 2021, Greene established Ómós – initially as a regular newsletter, which has developed a substantial online following and which he has been using to tease out ideas and approaches to building his hospitality vision ever since. Ómós will launch a 16-bedroom guesthouse and 40-seater restaurant on the edge of Abbeyleix, in County Laois, in summer 2026. Ómós began as a newsletter and community project in 2021. It’s our community that has actively shaped and supported Ómós.
