Without an ounce of exaggeration, we just witnessed one of the worst weekends at the box office in literal decades. Any weekend where you have a number one movie that makes less than $10 million, things are bad. Other newcomers include The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie ($3.1 million) and The Last Supper ($2.8 million) failed to drum up much in their respective debuts.
